1. Copyrights
-Using my artworks for AI or NFTs are PROHIBITED.
-I have my own copyrights for my artworks, including advertising, portfolios, printing etc.
-Credit me if you want to share my artworks publicly.2. Payment
-I will only proceed with the workflow after receiving an Upfront Payment equal to 50% of the total price. However, if you requested me from VGEN, a Full Payment Upfront is required.
-After final draft (sketch/lineart) are approved by client, I will only resume the process after the Full Payment has been paid.
-Payment method for Local (Indonesia) is Gopay.
-Payment method for International buyer are ONLY Vgen/Ko-fi.
-No Refunds Allowed. Please spend carefully.3. Pricing
-The price listed are for personal use only.
-Commercial use is 2x the total price.
-Merchandise or Fan-merch or Profit use is 3x the total price.
-NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) fees are 2x the total price.
-By purchasing a commission, the client agrees to the possibility of additional fees being added by the artist.4. Workflow
-I will inform the process every 1 to 3 days.
-The process can take up 5-14 days depending on queue, how complicated the artwork is, and my IRL stuff.
-You can always check the queues and waitinglist on my Trello.
-If you have deadline for me to work below 5 days, there will be extra 60% charge of the total price.
-You are allowed up to 3 free revisions during the sketch stage. Any revisions requested after this stage will incur a fee of 30% of the total price per revision. Except if it was my mistakes (wrong/no props).
-I will only send the finished work to your Email. PNG and Transparent Background.5. Communication
-I'm open for DM at 9AM to 3PM GMT+7 (Please note that responses may be delayed outside of business hours).
-I will always communicate and share the WIPs, once the process has started. If you purchased the- "Omakase/Surprise me" commissions, I would inform the WIPs just for once when the sketch has finished.
-Feel free to ask me what kind of commissions do you want. e.g. “I want the lighting to be on the left”, “I want the color to be desaturated”, etc.

Clients have the option to choose whether they want to see WIP updates or prefer to keep it a complete surprise — note that the WIP will be shared only once. No revisions allowed (except there’s artist mistakes)
